Answers to some common Questions

I paid my money, but I haven’t received my login details yet…..

If you never received your login details after completing your payment dont panic. The chances are that there was an error or a typo in the email address that was entered. Just flick us an email to support@childsafetraining.com.au and we will check your account and see what happened.

I sent an email but haven’t got a response yet……

Support request are usually resolved within 12-24 hours between Monday to Friday, often sooner. On the weekends they may be resolved in closer to 24-48 hours. 

How long do I have to complete the course?

Your account wont expire, but you can take 30-60 days if you need. And you can login and logout and start and stop as much as you need until you have completed it.
